You need to save .jar in a folder. then extract it, and run.bat

and exeic, we cant use the webclient because it can't handle new graphics.

Reborn isn't aware the server is off I don't think.
There is a technical difficulty I believe.
Server will be back up as soon as reborn has a chance.
